Their objective is to instigate the practice of a healthy and balanced life with the best curation of products for your sport. They work with the best brands on the market and value passion and excellence in customer service. In addition, they have more than 10 stores located throughout São Paulo. 

About the project

Bayard is a very strong brand in physical stores that wanted to consolidate even more in the world of E-commerce. The objective of the project was looking for some improvements, mainly in some functionalities. 

In this way, it migrated to the VTEX IO, because the problem was in the difficulty of making these changes, thus harming the customer's experience when making a purchase on the site. 

 It was a great challenge, precisely because Bayard is an already consolidated brand, with a very high investment, and because it is a World Cup year, the site has a large increase in users, so the project needed extreme attention. and effectiveness.  

Solution

The shopkeeper was negatively impacted when trying to perform some actions within the site, especially functionalities that were harming the customer experience. One of the main points of the improvement was referring to the purchase together on the product page, which Bayard would like to have a discount application via promotion and we managed to make this possible, another very cool feature that was made in this project is in relation to the more robust zoom, In this way, the customer can have a much larger and better view of the product, in addition to all this, it has brought the side filters, also within the size filters, ordering from smallest to largest, thus helping the customer when searching for the product. 

Result

The performance improvement with the migration to the VTEX IO. The functionalities also showed improvements, such as the application of a discount via promotion. The navigability of the site also presented an impressive fluidity. In this way, the brand continues with positive returns and stands out ahead of some of its competitors.
